Minot Chrysler Toyota Parners with MSU Broadcast Students

We here at Minot Chrysler are proud to announce a partnership with the MSU Broadcast Department for the 2011 KMSU Auction. In past years Cartiva has partnered by donating some cool things to the auction but since 2011 has been a very trying year for everyone along the Mouse River, we have decided to give back to the community.

The KMSU Auction is in it's 13th year and has grown from just a few items to taking in over $30,000 in retail worth last year. The Auction raised over $15,000 giving part of the money to the Second Story Adult Club. This year however is a little different. After many students participated and even went through the 2011 Flood Fight, student in the KMSU Auction wanted to give back. Instead of using the Auction as a fundraiser for themselves, they decided to give the majority of the proceeds back to the community. On December 6th, 2011, most of the proceeds from the Auction will go directly to a family. The family will be picked from an entry form that was filled out by individuals (they are still accepting applications until the 21st of November and can be found at http://www.minotchrysler.com/) and awarded after the closing date of November 21st.

For more information about the KMSU Auction, go to http://www.kmsuauction.com/ or http://www.http//kmsu19.com/KMSU_Auction.html. Tune in on December 6th at 6:30pm on Midcontinnet Channel 19 or SRT Channel 19 or online at http://kmsu19.com/KMSU_TV_Channel_19.html.
